Assuming you're not using 90mm springs the +45s only rub at full lock, no issue if you're aware when parking the car.

I have the trs and rpf1s in +45 and recently did an event with no spacer and no issues.

I can confirm as well, that +45 17x9 will work as long as you're not running ton's of camber (-4), and even at that they will only rub at full lock. 10mm spacers with extended studs corrected that issue entirely.

You only need 5mm spacers to clear at -4° so you can get away with the shorter extended studs rather then the super long ones.
But having 10mm spacers also available for tuning is worth the extra $50 or whatever.

I got really excited looking at FastTrack today. I thought I saw that spherical were going to be legal for Street Touring. I read it 3 times, until I scrolled up a bit and saw it changed from ST to SP.

I'm lowered a fair bit on my coilovers, running 17x9 +40mm wheels, 255/40 tires and -3.8 camber in front. I rub when turning the wheel to lock either direction, but otherwise it's good.

im running same setup except im -3.7 and running a 5mm spacer. my 255s dont touch at all

I would need strut mounts or coilovers to get any camber.

What length studs would you recommend. Have coilovers near stock height, camber plates. Hoping for -4 front, -2.5 rear (white line LCA). I figure I won’t need spacers in the rear, 5 mm front. , 17x9 45 with 245/40 tires

ARP sells OE length, +0.2" and +0.75" length studs. Sounds like the 0.2" longer ones would be a good fit for you. Make sure the lugs aren't bottoming out, might want to consider aftermarket lugs since the ARP's have a little nipple on the end.

https://arp-bolts.com/kits/make.php?...&_EngModelID=*

and if you're swapping wheels every event, you might want to pick up a set for the back anyway so you can replace those if/when they give up

After pricing out studs and spacers and difference in wheels, I decided on buying 6ULs at $199 each . Lighter wheel , no need for further modifications. I appreciate everyone’s input. Thank you

Are we going to be starting an STX setup and sharing thread for 2021?

I'm hopeful for 2021.
