So I’m running a Grimmspeed CAI as well as FT86SF UEL catted headers. I plan to get a custom tune in the very near future to account for the difference in MAF scalings caused by the CAI. Just wondering if in the meantime I can run the stage 2 with no issues, or if I should stay stock in terms of tuning.

You can do some data logging using the open flash tablet logging the needed parameters to use vgi's maf scaling tool.
