Which brings to mind a story of how I met the present mrs humfrz.

It was a hot day in July when a female sales rep friend if mine called me for some help, since I had a pickup truck. She and her roommates needed help moving from an apartment to a house that one of them had bought.

So, I helped them move and about a month later they invited me over to their house warming. I dropped my oldest boy off at a boy scout meeting and took my younger son with me to the party. At the party I was introduced to this foxy lady, because she was a 4th grade teacher and I was having some difficulty with my youngest sons homework.

So, her and I chatted about homework, while my son chowed down at the snack table and she offered to come over and tutor him. So, the next week, I fixed a big meal (pot roast -

) and she and her 6 year old daughter came over. Her daughter and my oldest son played while she helped the youngest son with his homework. I served the meal and cleaned up afterward.

That was the beginning of a happy relationship that has lasted over 35 years -
