Nrg Short Hub wiring help

I can't find any good quality videos and can't seem to find any write-ups where people are using provided wires.
I know where the risistors go, but the extra wire with 2 female spades and 2 male prongs go. There is no instructions provided in the box.

In one of the pictures provided, the extra wire in question is circled. Pictures or a video would greatly be appericated.
