What do you pay for insurance?
How much do you pay for insurance?
- Age / Marital Status - Color - Company - History - Full Coverage? / Deductible? I'm interested because i'm wondering what people with similar scenarios are paying. Me: $260/mo Firestorm Progressive Single/20 4 Tickets (19 or less) in the past 4 years (yeah I know I'm a speeder) Last edited by Billylammerkins; 11-24-2013 at 01:22 PM. |

Age, occupation, zip-code, credit score, driving history, previous claims filed, owning your car outright vs. financing, rent vs. owning your home, and so many more things go into calculating your risk to an insurance company. With that said, you also have to look at things like how much liability coverage, property damage, collision/comp deductibles, and other extras that you have in your policy. So when I read people say "full coverage", it doesn't really mean anything other than you have the state minimums for insurance.
I don't have an 86, but for my 09 tC I'm paying $287 every 6 months through Geico for $100/$300k liability, $500 deductibles, $100k property damage, 0 tickets and 0 claims, 28 years old.
