It is literally a 5 minute job in order to change out the USDM to JDM exhaust tips.

Make sure that the exhaust is cool.
Jack up the rear end of your BRZ with the correct method recommended by Subaru and listed in the owners manual.
Unscrew one small bolt/screw per side and then remove USDM tips and reinstall your new JDM tips.

Cheers,

-Nate

It's super easy. 1st mod I did to my car was to swap it with the JDM tips. I didn't even jack it up.

Make sure the exhaust is cool, like Nate said. I just laid down on a piece of cardboard and removed them. The JDM tips stick out a bit further than you'd think. There's a notch to stop them from going in too deep It looks good though!

question for you: How does the WeatherTech cargo mat compare to the Subaru OEM cargo mat?

Thx! <also waiting for my '14 ltd from clint>

I actually do not have the car yet so I cannot answer that question but, I am hoping for a late NOV or early DEC delivery. I did just get my VIN for the Forester so that was great news.

My BRZ will be here in a few days. I very excited and have been feeling very impatient these last few days. Looking forward to getting my new rides.

I think you will love your WeatherTech floor mats. If they put the same attention to detail in the cargo mat then that will be awesome as well. Congrats on the BRZ. Just curious, are you getting them shipped to Okinawa?

The Delivery Truck Driver just called to say that he is 2 hours away from my house. OMG! After everything it took from selecting what car that I wanted for a DD, too finding Heuberger Subaru for their great prices, actually ordering the way that I wanted it, then waiting for the car to be made in Japan, then delivered to the dealership, and the finally sending the checks and signing the paperwork. I mean we are talking over a year all said and done. I cannot believe that it is actually going to be here today.

Ha, I had that feeling just last month!

Next you get the "how long does it take to go 1000 miles" feeling...
