BPV? JRSC pressure test

Im pressure testing my piping to throttle body not sure if the BPV is bad. When I hit 5 psi it makes a weird noise and will only hold 5 psi.. Here is a YouTube link

yes I plugged the bpv system pressured fine.. is this a indication of a bad bpv? or is this the way it is in test mode and not real time with vacuum/boost?

Pull the BPV. Press the spring/lever in and then plug the vac line with your finger. It should not pop out.

You can also test it by hooking a brake bleeder/ hand vaccum pump up the the bypass valve, pump it to your vac pressure (12-15lbs) it should pull in the lever. Then watch the gauge to see if it holds pressure or and the needle doesn't move over a few minutes.
