I have the same dual-resonator HKS frontpipe and HKS Hi Power Spec L (Ti tip) exhaust. Sound is a bit louder than I would like during acceleration and almost quiet as stock when cruising on the highway (no drone). I like the weight savings (half the weight of stock exhaust, 20 lbs lighter) and completely straight-through free flow. When combined with the front pipe, there was a noticeable increase in power and increase in mpg for normal driving. But I don't think there will be any further benefit for my power level if I upgrade to 3" exhaust. I still use the stock JR tune.
Check the video below, I have about the same sound even with JRSC. My header is 2019 new design stock header (catted).

I had the same setup up front as you paired with HKS Legamax Premium catback and it sounded great. Although I thought Perrin was one of the quieter exhausts I don't know how much more you want. Sounds like you need a Front pipe with a Cat in it and keep your Perrin CB
