What is the size of the rubber oil line that goes between the turbo oil outlet and the oil reservoir? Mine is cracked and leaking

Could be. I just got it finished and it's not a daily driver. Have about 100 miles on the car after the dyno tune. But in that 100 miles the only problems I have had is very high engine bay heat.

How are you monitoring your engine bay heat? How much hotter than stock is it running?

Looks like I'll be joining this "club" as of next week.
Is there a Facebook group for you guys?

Any tips or suggestions - I'll need to replace the gaskets, I read there's issues one the grimmspeed ones? Having a local shop install and tune on ecutek, will have a spec2+ Clutch going in as well.

I'll post pictures after the install

@AVOturboworld

What's the cost on the Stage 4 turbocharger? Also, will it bolt directly into an existing AVO install

I hope it works out as well for me as it did for you. Good tip.
@Sportsguy83 and his scare tactics made me check it Tuesday... I was definitely in the danger zone...
The BOV hose length should be revised on the kits being sold.

Took about 1" off of the BOV hose and everything seemed to slide into place much better.

It will bolt to the existing manifold and any other parts that are not replaced. A "basic" stage 4 would be the larger turbo and intercooler/intercooler hose, plus other bits (you'll need a new windshield washer tank to fit with the larger intercooler).

Cost really depends on how far you are going + what you already have.

@AVOturboworld

Let's just say turbocharger only. Do you have a cost on that?

So I've been going through the forced induction forums for days now trying to decide on which kit will best suit my needs and have almost entirely settled on the AVO stage 1 kit but have some questions/concerns.

1) can this kit be tuned to pass an OBD II NY state inspection?

2) does anyone know of an oil cooler kit or oil cooler radiator combo that fits well alongside this kit without a mounting position that limits my ability to have/use fog lights or an aftermarket bumper (was looking at the robispec oil cooler/radiator but it seems some people have fitment issues with the intercooler?) and will function in a place like NY an environment that sees both 0 and 100 degree weather (i know those are close to the extremes but it happens)

3) does anyone know the boost limitations on the stock N/A engine with a 2.5" exhaust. I'm currently on the TRD D-tip exhaust and would rather keep it (love the tone and the ability to not get exhaust tickets because OEM goodness)

4) would the down pipe and catted front pipe exhaust pieces used effect gains in any dramatic or noticeable way (been looking at the AVO ceramic coated overpipe and catted front pipe vs the motiv overpipe and thats a $300+ difference that can be used for almost anything else)

5) has anyone developed a foolproof method of an exhaust leak free install?

6) a list of sensors/gauges needed to safely run and monitor a boosted set up (oil temp gauge, afm, boost meter, oil pressure, ect?)

Any information would be greatly appreciated (whether answered or linked through to the right content). I don't plan on boosting until late spring / early summer but would really like to get all my ducks in a row you know.

Which injectors would one recommend for 300-350 hp? Preferably something cheap but reliable.. Also which flex fuel is everyone here running? I'm thinking about raising the boost
