Turbo Dyno Graph?

I have been looking over the various dyno graphs of the turbo kits that are currently on the market. The average gain seems to be about 50hp and 30tq. It also seems like the car makes significantly less power on the low end which doesn't make any sense to me. If the block and head gasket are stock, shouldn't the car make the same power in the lower RPM's turbo or no turbo? Why do we lose power until the boost comes on? Am I reading the graph's wrong?

not sure what graph you are looking at, all the main kits I have seen make 120+HP and have more power over the whole rpm range.
