Exclamation Alignment issue

Just got the FR-S 2013

I deff need to get an alignment on it because the tires look like they are facing each other. My steering wheel is crooked to the right a little.

My Track light is on and so is my ABS light. My question is,

Will the alignment be able to fix this problem?

Has this happen to anyone?

The tires look like they are facing each other as in: they're both turned in?

Are you sure it wasn't in an accident before you bought it?

Well I didn't it mean it literally. You can tell it has a toe. Got the carfax on it and luckily no accident.

Did you JUST get the car? Take it back to wherever you bought it from. There's no way the lights should be on with such a bad alignment if you've just bought it, used or brand new.

I doubt you could eyeball toe on the front, the fenders and bumper have too many angles to tell. My car looks like it has toe in up front, but it has exactly 0 toe.

Carfax will only show if it was claimed through insurance, so it could have been in a minor crash still.

I am taking it back on Tuesday and getting it detailed also. All my friends say that they can see the toe in the front. They also recommend me to take it back to get it align, good thing i am getting it for free. The lights do not come on until I start driving the car going around 40 mph.
