Exclamation Issue after battery disconnect Audio related.

So I recently installed a TRD CAI which had me disconnect the negative terminal for the battery during install. After install, I reconnected battery, started car and let it idle for about 5 minutes in order for the ECU to start relearning. It's been one day after install. I've noticed a throttle dead spot that I'm hoping will go away as i continue to drive and the ECU relearns everything. As far as the audio issue: I sit a light I turn up the music, after re-setting my audio settings, and the bass sounds normal. As I start accelerating with the windows down it sounds as if the bass drops and sounds like my speakers are blown. I come back to a stop at another light and the bass come back to normal. I'm wondering if I blew a fuse as when I reconnected the negative terminal there was a little spark. I don't know what to go next.. Need advice please.

Have you set it back to FR-S instead of tC?
After disconnecting the battery, it sets itself back to tC.

Not sure if trolling or if serious. If you're serious I don't know what you mean.

Ok, that means your audio is in tC mode.
It's stickied in audio section.
