It’s speculated heavily that the Mazapin’s intend to buy Hass. They tried to buy Force India when they went into administration.

Günther Steiner has defended Nikita Mazepin.
After Latifi and Perez made clear what they think about him over the weekend Günther said
that was just F1 transmitting negative views about his bad boy
and is what people like to hear… Its just part of the F1 show business.

I think we should just go back to complaining about HAM’s total domination…

No complaints here. Thought it was a pretty great drive from sir blessed one.

Bummed that Sainz got caught out on pushing too early on his mediums. He can call it bad strat, but I think he learned something about tire management.

RIP Bobby Unser 87 yrs. Lost another great driver.
I Did not know he participated in two Formula One World Championship Grands Prix in 1968.

Rumours already started that George will replace Bottas before the end of the year…

Could you imagine if we had Lando and Russell replacing Bottas and Lewis in the future, would be very promising. As much as I root for McLaren, I don't believe they'll reach the level of Mercedes/Red Bull anytime soon. Williams on the other hand, that is just a dead end team with Haas. The latter facing another owner soon.

With the budget caps and new rules in 2022 you cannot be sure. Next year any team could figure out something that the rest of the field didn't and be up towards the top.

Give Vettel a few races, I feel his Ego took a licking in the past few years and his confidence will slowly rebuild.

And the same PlanetF1 now takes back what they said a few days ago and George may NOT replace Bottas before the end of the season…

As for RIC he had a hard time just qualifying (16th) in the last race but made a good respectable comeback from that disaster during the race (9th)

Well Good news for track and club events that are held here,

Lawrence Stroll has taken the Mont-Tremblant race circuit off the market
and will be retaining ownership of the Canadian track :

Offers were to be submitted by April 15 none proved worthwhile for him to sell.
He wanted to keep the circuit a race track not to be broken up…

There would have been a heavy investment (environmental norms) necessary
to return it as a residential project (as per POLEPOSITION.ca)

I'm of the opinion that Lance and Lando are better then most people give them credit for. Reminder that Sainz was able to hang with Verstappen about as well as Ric did and Lando was right there with him after a couple races getting settled. I also hope Vettel and Ricciardo get comfortable soon, but don't leave out the possibility that they might just be outgunned at this point in their careers.

The recent crop of drivers ('15-'19 rookies) is seriously underrated, even the 'worst' of them, Giovinazzi, Ocon, Gasly, Albon can put together brilliant weekends and blistering laps. Ok well Albon was never great qualifying in the Red Bull but had some great races.
