Haven't done any of that in 10 years...

We typically have people for that. Try google?

Damnit, that is where I got what I came up with, just not sure about it. Our CAD guy doesn't know either.

Looking into electric scooter to use for the weekend to visit my parents, cuz they're about 1.1miles away from the new house. So instead of driving my car, used the scooter to go there and back. But it's really hard to find the one I like.

Was looking at this one... but $1k is hard pill to swallow.

Another option is this one.

Do you mean a lug-centric hole callout? Not sure of the nomenclature but I can look through our standards library. I have an all-access pass to that stuff and know some peeps.

In our area you have to have pedals or you have to get a plate.

Don't you have a bicycle? A mile?

If you're set on a new toy, I suggest one with skinny tires for minimum rolling resistance.

Nope, don't have a bicycle. Plus I'm too fat to pedal a bike

In my area, doesn't require a plate... as long as it doesn't go 50 mph &/or engine is below 49cc

You were most of the way there. Vendor probably wouldn't have complained. This is just from Solidworks help doc but it's ANSI compliant.
