Mystery Spade

I'm installing a digital rear view mirror (https://amzn.to/3LP4ynX ) but before I hardwire the power supply and use a back plate to replace the strap security setup I want to test it for a while to make sure it is a reliable device.

The problem is the cigarette power supply doesn't work. So far I've removed the head unit and half the dash but I can't seem to find where this spade plugs into. Does this spade look familiar to anyone and, if so, where is the plug connection?

The fuse is good and the digital rear view mirror powered up on a neighbor's car so my hope that my assumption that this spade is related to the cigarette lighter and by connecting it I can test the device.

Here's a couple of photos of the spade below. It is covered with a transparent sheath and is located behind the radio. The wire is dark blue with a black stripe.

My guess is that I've spent so much time and effort checking wiring and replacing head units that the electrical connection came apart.

Thanks!

It’s supposed to be blank. When you buy a trac box from GJP that is where it plugs in so I believe it is a com port for CAN. You can see it’s mate in the pictures on the trac box pictures.
