And instead of an on/off switch use a proportional speed control using a pot attached to the gas petal. Set it up so that the blower engages at about 2/3 throttle (or pick what you like) and ramps up to full throttle at full throttle.

Of course you would still need a battery charger of some sort.
I really think we can get this done. If @geraldjustcan upgrade the phantom design I would definitely be on board. The biggest flaw for me is the tapering. If we could keep the boost from tapering so much it would mean more top end power. I'm still making 230whp and 170wtq top end but it be nice to carry that 240whp and maybe 180wtq all the way through.

I have seen these before, but 99% of all those are still driven via a PWM signal on the connector. What i like though is that is very very easy for me to send the right signal. What im thinking is

1, Get either off the shelf SEC that can handle the power (150A-200A)
2, create a board that connects to canbus ( il read the gas pedal to make a custom map so ramp up after 70% or something like that)
3, Control two relays to be able to shut off the charger while car is boosting and to turn off SEC when the car if completely off.

Only thing im missing now is a actual compressor/motor unit. And get myself OFT or something to flash my car to start testing out somethings. IF i get a good deal with a compressor il be able to speed up some prototyping.

To make something completely standalone i do need to figure out the 12v to 24v booster that can handle charging the dump pack at a decent rate.

As for PSI, im best assumption it had to do with the RPM of the motor, More RPM more psi.. and to get the max RPM what's needed is more voltage on the battery side (not necessarily more amps), so either 3 batteries in series, or perhaps li-ion cells in certain configuration to boost the RPM on the right psi needed to maintain high boost to redline.

That is flat out impressive as is. How long can this setup sustain this kind of output before draining the batteries?

Not sure but I've done back to back runs and never really had an issue. Except for after about 5 hard full throttle pulls through gears the batters charge slowly. I wanna go on back road drives just to see how they keep up. I know before with just one phantom I could do a whole 2hr back road drive and the phantom never experienced getting hot, and most of the time I would have full boost on the straight aways.

Impressive, and this is on pump gas? The real thing here is to develop/refine the foundation technology and start adapting it to other cars, that's where this could really take off. Looking at that dyno curve, if running on pump, it would give those Sprintex units a serious run for their money as is, as well as my Vortech kit (which is sot of the inverse of your curve ).

Yeah
That's just about right. If you go full throttle for ten seconds, you'll be going just about as fast as I would want to go on the street. If you want to track it, then just get a turbo.
