Maybe because they haven't driven a car where the peak HP is lower in the engines RPM...

Pretty sure you'd want a little room to accelerate on corner exit before shifting....

I noticed with a basic tune that it made canyon runs better to have more midrange power.

Thanks!
We installed a set of Power Blocks on a car with an aluminum intake from Injen. All we needed to do was rotate the intake on the throttle and it fit fine.

It isn't like it drops 50 hp up top. Good lord. It still makes right around the same hp up there it would make without them so calm down folks. It is adding more power sooner making the car more drivable through a wider rpm range.

I believe @StormTrooper is on our side of the coin. You can't accelerate out of a corner at 7300RPM and expect a quick exit. You could out ~5k and you have the pull and room to accelerate through the exit.

While it's nice to have that urgency at the top more midrange makes the twisties better.

First with the tune and then with nameless headers it has gotten much better 4-6k which helps when you go through a series of S curves.

I'm hoping with these spacers and GS intake I can eeek out more usable power.
