Injen Intake Stock Box?

I've heard from numerous people that if you use the stock box with the Injen intake you will get better gains, anyone know if this is true?

Joke meme on the side... what makes you think stock box works with Injen intake...? Any aftermarket intake with cone filter replaces entire stock intake assembly, you know that right?

I think OP was referring to the OEM Snorkel, in that case, yes it is better to keep the snorkel with the Injen intake even though you only get very very minimal air flowing through it..

I was talking about just using the Injen pipe into the stock box, not using the Injen cone or box. Also getting it tuned correctly it would be more effective, again idk if this actually works.. just wonderin if anyone else has heard of it

Yeah I have heard that a good tube and a K&N filter with the stock box pretty much is equal to adding a full on intake. I posted something in the K&N thread to see if anyone could verify a youtbue video I found.

Oh I see... I'm sure most of pipes' interior designs are the same. If saving money is your priority, just buy silicone tube with K&N filter.

Agree'd Perrin, AVO, ZETA, etc all have nice silicon inlet tubes.
