A bit of luck, a lot of tuning, a lot of careful installing, and a bit of care while driving can leave the car happy at 400-500hp. It's probably going to pop, though. If you want reliability, it depends on your actual power goals and usage scenarios. What works on the street for around the town driving is different from what works in endurance racing or even three laps in anger. What works for 1/4 mile is actually not that bad.

Sylvain at Ft86motorsports is running his at around 400-410 whp on stock internals(I'm like 99% sure) and it's pulling strong and not showing signs of weakness.
