Reached 10,000 miles finally. Had the car for a year and a half now. Ignore the tire pressure light. For the life of me I can't get that to go off.

Went for a ~100 mile cruise through the mountains. There was some holiday traffic, but I still got some fun corners in. <3 my BRZ :swoon:

I'm jealous of you guys who live with only 2-3 seasons..... It's cold outside, but not much snow, so not even the hope of having some sideways fun in the fluffy stuff...
Also - Toronto has very very few fun roads within 30min of the city....

On the plus side, I installed the TRD quick shifter and the Subaru/Scion crash/camber bolts (and got it aligned) over the last week.
Not sure if I wanna keep the TRD shifter - smooth (comfort-mode) shifting has become much harder, but the throws are satisfyingly short/crisp.
The camber bolts seem to make the car happier to rotate and tail out (still very predictable)... Good mod for about $20

Yeah, those bolts are the most bang for the buck.

I just installed my Perrin intake tube. Also I lost a 10mm deep socket.

It is so much more quieter now.

Not so much today, but over the last couple weeks, installed the Beat-Sonic sharkfin, some Tom's tails and with @Crosscharge's help, we got the Perrin catback installed on Sunday. Still have the BaysonR lip to install, but it was too cold on Sunday - the lip was hard as a rock and needs a warmer day to soften up and be a bit more pliable.

NGK seems to be more renowned/popular. Since I'm supposed to change the spark plugs anyways at 60k miles, I figured I'd try the more popular, less cheap route. I think they also make "racing" NGK spark plugs, but I'm not sure if that's really all that advantageous over OEM spec. I do drive my car hard all the time, so for me it might be worthwhile? I don't really know the meaning of the word "restraint". haha

ive lurked your flickr and love your stuff.

as far as the Denso/NGK debate, my Toyota came from the factory with one side of the block holding Denso's. Other half had NGK's. All the Toyota 3.4l had that setup from the factory. To me, the brands are equal.

Im trying to be good and follow the owners manual with the sub 4k revs, but the closer i get to the magic 1000 mile mark, the harder it gets. get me out of these chains!!!!

Correct, NGK and Denso are both OEM suppliers. Hell I think one might own the other...
