Wiring for Speakers - Toyota 86

Just wondering how the wiring is done for car front speakers? How do the wires run from the Tweeter to Bass speaker in the doors? I am trying to connect an after market HU, which has a good power output. I have installed after market speakers for the front.

The factory HU has 4 channels of sound, currently split between front and back. I want to send all the power to front speakers.

Is this achievable?

I have the 2012 AUS version, without the AMP. A factory fitted OEM AMP would have made the life easier.

I am thinking they run from the HU to the Tweeter, then in series from Tweeter to the door. Would this be correct? I imagine they are the same colour.

not having the amp actually makes everything worlds easier!

the front speaker wiring ought to go to the tweeters, which make a connection in their connector to another set of wires to go to the door speakers.

but i don't think you can simply connect or, the technical term is 'bridge', the rear head unit speaker outputs to the front speakers..

I was thinking Bi-Amp set up from the Crossover for the speakers, two channels coming in from the HU (Front and Back) for each side, and two channels out to tweeter and woofer on each side, 4 channels in total.

I don't really need factory fitted rear speakers, the power would be used to drive the front speakers only. I will connect one wire going to the tweeter to the Crossover input and the second going to the back speakers to the second Input on the Crossover.

2 in and 2 out each side.
