Eyesight can’t see anything after mirror install

Hey everyone. I took my car in to get the stock mirror replaced by an auto dimming one. After I did this, eyesight keeps telling me it can’t see anything. Sometimes it will work for like 20 seconds after turning the car on, but then once again it says it can’t see anything. I cleaned the cameras with a micro fiber cloth and they look fine. I’m wondering if there’s an easy fix or if I need to take it in

If the dealer did the work and it's not working, take it in. My guess is they didn't get a connector properly reconnected.

Don't they have to re-calibrate everything after messing with that and/or the window?

Idk, I thought the rear view mirror was separate from all that but since they had to plug it in maybe

On a side note, is the Eyesight standard on all trim levels? What about Toyota versions?

It is standard on all the automatics. Both nameplates.

Is the new mirror exactly the same size as the old one? Even slightly bigger and the cameras may be catching an edge. Those cameras do not play well with even the slightest deviation from the norm.
Don’t think it would be wired into the system but it is possible.
