I checked a couple bay area dealer's websites and found 3, neptune/trueno/red all AT with only the red being a premium car. Looks like it maybe a while we before we get our manuals. Also noticed most of them had about $1500 in accessories (kinda useless for me), but I hear that Toyota is preaccessorizing their cars from factory due to the limited supply so just cause you guys find the color/trim you want you maybe having to pay for some unwanted accessories. I don't think Toyota will be doing the "ordering" like subaru for a while...this almost makes me want to just get my rally blue brz with zero options (maybe I should of done the front sti lip...)

Just heard from my dealer, my neptune blue premium manual is marked to be delivered Dec 20 - 26. Too bad I won't actually be able to drive til April-May.

I'd be happy to pick it up here in Cali and start driving it immediately, but thanks Toyota for their smart allocation

I have mine on reserve at Longo Toyota for a Halo Prem 6spd. Can’t wait to be back in the 86 chassis. My ‘19 brz was unfortunately totaled by a drunk driver and now currently own a 21 STi…

These are the exact ones I found! Also, Hayward Toyota has an AT Red as well (not sure if premium or not). If anybody knows when the Neptune arrives at SF Toyota let me know, I'd like to swing by to check that car out in person to decide if I can live with Neptune.

It’s a Premium AT in red at Hayward that was the first car on the list I saw haha

That’s going to suck if we can’t configure the car without the accessories.
The one I truly I don’t recommend are those clear bumper and hood films.
They turn yellow quick and don’t even wrap the corners.

I think the other things I could live with but if I had it my way I would opt out of any port installed accessories.

It’s so disappointing that Toyota doesn’t have as good as a customer ordering system as Subaru does.

100% agree on the clear bumper, hood, fender, and side mirror wrap. It's nice when it's new and done right. I had it done on my 2013 FRS whiteout and it didn't stick to the bottom of my bumper because of the sharp angles. I had to go back 5-6 times for correction and got to the point where I said F it. Waste of $1200. I also had it done on my 2002 IS300 way back and it started to yellow 8 years later. Scratches caught on real quick too. It was much cheaper back in 2002 @ $400 but still. My IS300 was black and you could clearly see yellowing on the edges of the clear wrap.

Yes I’m pretty much going to get mine done by someone who does custom application preferably with Suntek.

Doesn't seem like many dealers are taking orders on this car in SOCAL
