And what about the Gen1 fender vents and the front bumper which is the BRZ Gen2? Unless the rear vents are functional, it'll just be another Camry. No way can this be the "real" Gen2 86. If it is, I'll say sayonara now! |

There are just so many design elements of the Gen 2 BRZ/86 that I do not like. Foremost among them is the heavy sculpted section below the door and into the rear fender. Also the front and rear are so busy and cluttered looking. The Gen 1 was such a clean and beautiful design that it spoiled me and I appreciate it even more after seeing what they are doing with the next one.

It is this exact picture photoshopped. The shadows, background wall, foreground, reflection in the paint, etc are all a match. The mountain was added. The paint was changed. And the car was Photoshopped. Follow the wall from the left through the car and onto the next car. The Toyota emblem looks placed there. The rear "vents" look like a shade line on Photoshop. The front fender garnish is cut and pasted from the 1st gen refresh. The side skirt and rear skirt looks like add-ons. The rear skirt appears to stick out, yet it is missing on the driver's side. They used the lower-part of the front bumper from the refreshed 1st gen FRS/86 and added a few photoshopped faded lines to change the bumper. It is clearly a horrible photoshop job.

most likely a render
Do you really think they'll have both the gen1 fender vent AND the Gen2 fender vent? Theres no space or reason to even have 2 different side vents and it looks incredibly busy. The front grille looks just like the gen1 facelift lower grille replacing the subaru smiley grille.....which is already a different shape than the almost squarish shaped one on the camo'd mules (which is more like the GR Yaris grille...in fact all their GR sport models have the square/rectangular grille) |

he ain't trolling, he's very random..
and we shouldn't be needing these threads, we've all already seen the actual 86 mule running around with a clear look on the bumper design and we know it ain't got extra scoops/ducts on the fender/rear bumper.. |
