For now I am going to enjoy driving the crap out of both of them.
This. Both cars and methods of delivering power to the wheels have their own benefits. Congrats though, both are great choices!

Congrats on the Focus St! My wife has the Fiesta ST in the same color. I'm going to have to say that the Fiesta St is more fun than the Focus ST because of the lighter weight. The Focus felt like a boat in comparison. Overall I always go back to my BRZ for the steering and handling. I will admit that FI does get pretty addicting though

Nice. My wife actually suggested that she take the BRZ and I get a new toy. Tempting, but I really like my car...

The Focus ST looks nice but I'm too uncomfortable in it. It's just too cramped compared to other cars I've driven.

Even my old FD had more room than the ST.

Really? It feels like a minivan compared to the FR-S for me.

Good question. I know I'm considering buying both. The fost would probably be better, but I just like the brz.

Last autox I was at had 3 STI's show up, all hatches, two of them ran the session I worked a cone station in the middle of a hairpin, watching them understeer around me for a full 270 degrees nearly 2 dozen times cured me of any desire to own an STI as anything other than a nifty hatchback.

Watching a S52 swapped E30 drift around the same corner immediately after didn't help.

That's been my garage for a few years now. We're probably going to Miata / Focus ST in the spring.
