Possible vacuum leak? (Running lean and high fuel trims)

Hi guys. So to preface, I was at a drifting event last weekend when this issue first appeared. After I spun out once the car had trouble starting again (this is kinda normal, so I wasn't worried about it). However, after I exited the track and was looking at some stats like AFR and fuel trims, they went crazy.

Now, almost a week later, the issue has still not resolved itself. My AFR is consistently between ~18 and 20:1 and my fuel trims are +35%. I flashed the stock tune back and the car won't even run right. It will start and then die almost immediately unless I give it gas to keep the RPM's up.

I took it to the dealership today but they told me they couldn't do anything until tomorrow morning. So I figured I would ask you guys before actually taking it to them to see if I can figure it out myself.

Notes:
The car is NOT boosted
Using an edited OFT tune
MAF is scaled properly

That's exactly what it was. Right underneath the manifold there was a line that came off

Thanks!
