as far as I can tell condition is fine. They were great on my car until I had them taken off last week. Probably had them for 15k miles. All parts included, if you look in the bag you will see 3 out of 4 bump stops (I think thats what they are called), the fourth one is in the black boot in the top spring.

I'm on yellows with a 255/35/18 tire in the rear and a 245/40/28 up front. Height is on point in my opinion.
