Gauge Pod
Hey all, I thought I'd share. After much looking on the forum and on the web, I went with the OrtizCustomPods dash unit. This info seemed to be buried deep so I thought I would throw it on top again.
I found the following links helpful. http://www.ft86club.com/files/BRZwiringi.pdf http://theattack.rallysportdirect.co...r-ssubaru-brz/ http://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=...FB&FORM=VRDGAR http://ortizcustompods.com/scion.html |

Can this possibly fit a RHD model?

The company uses OEM components and modifies them. They look really good if you ask me. I'm not sure if the cluster bezel is symmetric (LHD / RHD) however I'm sure if you tell them it is for a RHD car they would order the OEM component and modify it for you.

Does the gauge pod include the modified panel to relocate the three buttons or did you have to modify it yourself? I like the design though, A-piller pods are so late 90s

They offer the service of the three button relocation as well. You send them in your bezel and they modify it, I think it was an extra $20

Sorry for the million questions but do uou send them your gauge pod or do they buy a new one because on their website it says because of delays and high demand there is a long turn around. I wonder what the cost is to just ship them my cluster for less money.

The three button bezel modification did not look top notch in my opinion. Doing it yourself would not be a bad option.

They did not require my cluster. I am assuming that they purchase an OEM component. If you don't mind going without your gauge cluster bezel for a while, they might be willing to take yours and modify it. Seems like it would cost less.

$48.52 on one website. Seems like at that price a core exchange would be worth the cost of shipping.
