Project Kiccs R40 Neochrome or Black Chrome Lug Nuts?
Car noob here. Just bought my first set of wheels - Rays 57CR in Gunmettallic
Can’t decide what lug nuts would look better with Gunmetal wheels. I know I want R40s however, what do you guys think - Neochrome or Black Chrome? I am leaning towards black chrome. Any other recommendations? I have a SWP BRZ. |

I personally prefer bold lugnuts. I got blue ones for an orange car with gunmetal wheels. I love that they stuck out so much.

You could honestly go either way with Gunmettallic. How is the rest of the car styled? Neochrome is more blinged out while the black chrome is more low profile.
Do you have burnt titanium exhaust tips? What about chameleon tint on your headlights? If you have either of those I would think the Neochrome R40 is the way to go. If it was my car, I would go with the black chrome. |

Black will be more subtle if/when the finish degrades.
You can see colored lugs when the wheels are spinning. The blue ones I used to have show up on rolling shots when I was doing snow drifting. |

Imho, neo chrome is the most putrid, childish, laughable trend in the auto industry. I'm all for nice lugs to compliment wheels though. I have muteki sr48 in black. So my vote is black, no surprises there. You have phenomenal taste in wheels. 57cr are probably one of my top 5 picks.
