SPL endlinks binding(?) when cold

I noticed in the recent months upon initial drive in the mornings, it almost feels like the car doesn’t want to turn for the first 1-2 turns. It feels like I’m rubbing something but there’s plenty of clearance when I check under the car..it’s just this resistance to turn the wheel but it goes away after 1-2 turns.

Do the bearings “lock up” or stiff up under cold temperature? I’m using the short version and this is for my front Perrin 22mm swaybar. The endlinks were installed while there was load on the suspension.

The sways should have no disenable link to the wheel being hard to turn at all normally.
Sounds like something else is wrong and you should get it checked out ASAP.

Sphericals will sometimes stiffen up after not moving for a while, but it's nothing the power steering can't easily overcome nor should it be something that you actually feel through the steering wheel.

What kind of front strut top hats do you have?

Yeah maybe I should specify that the resistance is very minimal. TBH the steering isn’t affected but I feel something in the front end. The reason why I am isolating to the endlinks is that this doesn’t happen when the endlinks are disconnected. Figured it was the sphericals but wanted to check with others lol
