No accidents, no tickets.

This time last week, it was 28°F. Right now it's 78°F. I'm wearing shorts and considering turning on the AC. In January.

I guess it's a good night to fix my header and bed in brakes...

We're having similar in GA. A week ago the high was 11F. Today it's 66F. Not quite AC weather but close.

Interesting aside, involving EVs. When the temp was 11F I was getting 2.4 miles per kWh on my commute in my new LYRIQ. Now with the weather 50 degrees warmer I'm getting 3.3 m/kWh.

So basically a difference in total range of 240 miles versus 330 miles on the same commuting route. It's not unexpected, but I could see why folks in the frozen North were having such problems

People talk about going on a diet like they're going on holidays. You work, go on holidays, go back to work. And I've lost 10lbs so I can go back to eating how I used to, and look! I've regained the 10 lbs. To keep weight off one has to permanently change one's eating habits.

I don't. I like my eating habits.

I gave some thought as to whether I should use a comma or a full stop. I'm still not sure I've made the right decision. I hope this doesn't keep me awake.
F*ck, maybe I should have used a semi colon.
I just don't know.

I never diet, eat what like but what I don't do is eat between meals.. ie grazing.. And as my wife is bordering on Veganism, I eat the same as her at home.. Never gone over 11.5stones.. very strange.. must check my scales as they could be broken!!!

I think it gets a period for being a full sentence.

I made the mistake of offering to let my dad drive my car, that he can't get into and out of without grabbing the window glass despite all the times I said not to, at autocross this spring. Of course he said he wanted to drive.

My dad drove my car once when I first got it. I don’t think he ever took it above 2500rpm and kept asking about the fuel mileage
