Flossy Shift Knob? - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

Has anyone had any contact with Flossy lately? I ordered a knob directly from them on July 4th and email response was almost immediate. I was told it would ship that next weekend but now 5 weeks later and 4 emails with no response I'm wondering if they are still around...I still have no shift knob.

I could report to the CC company but I'd rather have the knob...

Get in line. Search the forum and you will see several similar reports going on for years. Too bad, they have a great product.

I have one you can buy if interested. Or if they don't get back to you. It has the shift gate pattern and TRD written underneath.

Just had a similar experience. They said they would shit it out and 1 month later still nothing. I filed for a refund on PayPal and my money was returned. I ended up going with moddiction anvil for my knob. I was happy with their service. Flossy could be a awesome company under a different owner. I get shit happens and it might take long, but don't yank my chain. Just tell me the truth.

I actually bought a knob from them earlier this year. Like late winter early spring. Same thing, instant response but no knob. Said they were shipping it out. Month and a half went by and I decided I was going to cancel my order. That day I was going to cancel my knob got shipped out. It took them 2 MONTHS for 1 knob. Great product, awful lying about the time-frame.

Vendor review that I started because the same thing happened to me. They care to take your money but after that you don't exist to them anymore.. As others I also had to file a refund via paypal. I would suggest going a different route. Dudes out there don't give a youknowwhat about you.
