I'd say its a good deal if it included some of the heavy duty xpel ceramic coating on the whole car after - if not, seems a bit overpriced. I'm assuming the options are a bit more slim in AL compared to SoCal though.

Yes, only had my bumper on my gen 1. I only drove my gen 1 for < 15k miles. My fenders and hood were ok, but I may have just been lucky. If a chip happens here and there on your hood/fender it's something that might be a bit easier to touch up than a bunch of tiny rock chips on the lower part of your bumper (which my black 86 had tons of after 6 months of driving).

Hit 1800 miles, did 1st oil change. There were some chunks of metal on the oil filter, so I would say it is good to change the oil after the break-in just for peace of mind.

PS: oil filter 15208AA170 is the same as wrx, according to the person from service.

Nice! The quality is great on my titanium one.

I will say I had lots of issues working with him last year, though. He was totally backed up with work orders, which messed up his estimates. Normally I'd be ok with that but he had zero communication about it. Then he finally sent me one with the wrong design lasered (he used the shift diagram from an STI which has reverse on the right side, not left) and required that I pay to ship it back to him, and then it was like another month or two for him to correct it and send me the right one.

I still use the knob and really like it, though. He just needs some work on the business side.

You didn't like the OEM ND Miata knob? I actually bought one for my Mazda 3. Has a surprising amount of weight to it and I love the feel. Im hoping to swap it to the BRZ.

Installed LED dome light bulbs - if you (unnecessarily) twist out the housing you then need to unbolt and pull down the whole plastic assembly to retreive it.
Also registered for snow trial event next month. Should be fun.

I love the base 17’s on the BRZ, mainly because of the color. I’m so sick of black wheels.

I got my BRZ today and installed a Viofo dash camera with front and rear cameras. Was pretty easy to do!
