Could be, but I sure don't remember driving over anything like that. You'd think it would have been pretty noticeable.

If it was my car I would just call a dentless paint guy and say, "do the best you can do." It'll cost $150 and becuase of the location of it no one will ever know it's there.

Where are you located? I can install it for free if youre close by.

Want to get more out of that intake? You'll need to get a reflash tune

So auto innovation suggested that instead of buying a 2 tires. Just get a new set of tires due to possibility of damaging the sidewall of the tires for removing it.

Coz im planning to reuse my current front tires and transfer to my new wheels then buy a larger tires for my rears

Any thoughts guyss?

I dunno, it sounds like they're trying to upsell you on tires. Plenty of tire shops remove and replace used tires all the time without damage. Now maybe it's more of a concern since you have 19s and lower profile sidewalls, but I've never heard of that. Not sure so see what others think.

hmmk.. i mean they would do it, but they're giving me warning for possibility of damaging of the sidewall, coz of the pressure of the metal spoon might cause to tear/puncture/bubble.

What size are your wheels? They maybe just making the recommendation to cover their butts, I've hear lots of good things about them, including mounting ridiculously stiff gravel rally tires, so I'm a little surprised.

Personally, I'd get another set of tires to go with the new wheels and keep your current tires on the stock wheels, just in case for emergency/autoX/drift practice/etc.

Don't... lol, joking aside, you'll probably just be going up 680, which is much milder than 880. I'd hang around a little bit before leaving, say around 6:30 or 7pm to let the commute crowd thin out a little.

It's worst from 3:30-7:30. Probably best anytime after that. Just stay in the left lane the whole time and expect the slow down at Mission Blvd entrance.

Current Set Up:
S7:F Wheel 19 x 8.5 +45 all around with 225/35

Plan: (New wheels | Staggered)
Front 19 x 8.5 +43 - reuse my front current tires or new set
Rear 19 x 9.5 +45 - getting same brand new tire like my fronts but wider tires
