still waiting for information about white costing extra or not. i just checked on TMCA website. on the Prius V, pearl costs the same as other metallic paint (roughly $350 over non metallic paint). so i think since only metallic paint is available on the 86, there is a chance pearl white won't cost extra.
Wonder if i can remove the full size put a space saver... and order another boot matt from JP that wont have a huge whole in it...

i swear it was different from the photos a while back when they had a GT-R35 and a 86 side by side with the boot open. and they fit 4 tyres in the boot. i don't remember seeing anything sticking out... o.O

JDM doesn't have any spares and USDM has space saver so nothing sticks out.

i have no problem with the donut. i quite like this mat actually, particularly the 86 logo.

I like the mat, i just don't like a huge has bulge in the middle of my boot taking up 3/4 of the space :S(with seats up).

fullsize spare is really, really stupid. not only because of boot space, but also because of the added weight.

GT boot tray + space saver off ebay.

Sorry, I should have been more clear.. No I am not an employee but my father works at the Altona plant. He mentioned to me that there is a chance of receiving the full 21% discount on the top spec. I'm pretty sure it was just a guess so please take with a grain of salt.
I am only waiting for confirmation with the discount before i order my 86. Any recommended dealerships in Melbourne? The one in Deer Park apparently aren't taking pre orders when I last visited a week ago..

I'm really tossing up between the GT and GTS. Extra 6.5k really pushes it a bit high for me.

is this that stuff in a spray can? its really, really bad. unbalances the wheel/tire, adds weight and is a pain to clean off the barrel of the wheel once you get around to getting new tires.

Damn Im so happy I have to post again in this thread. May be a while before I take delivery on my car but I'm very happy with the price. Seven thousand cheaper than what I was prepared to pay. This will be my first Toyota and I'm looking forward to it. Now its time to order aftermarket goodies while I wait.
