Since we're still debating which place to have the meet, do we have a date for this event? If its gonna happen in april we should have this sorted out before the 2nd week of this month, at least we have time to prep and plan out what needs to be prepared. I also wanna know the date so i can request that day off from work.

This. And if we need a committee like had been mentioned that should get set up as well

poll will end next week. after that i will make another poll for possible dates.

i prefer to do it by the end of april

yes i am looking to set up a committee this time so i dont kill myself doing this

i am looking for people who will help out on food and cooking.

also looking for a clean up and equipment crew.

and once they venue is decided, i will need someone to go there and take a few photos of the spot. parking, picnic grounds, restrooms, bbq pits, entrance, and etc.

romie and i will once again handle the registration.

But this way at least me and @crouchingpinoy could lead the 5am central valley caravan
