no that was with 2.5" front pipe to a 2.75" catback. Now I have a 3" front pipe and 3" catback.

@midnight23 That Greddy boost gauge is awesome! I love it, was it a difficult install?

+1 for a REAL Oil Cooler, preferably one with a thermostatic control. Radiator isn't going to hurt, but it's certainly not a must, unless you're in the GULF or SE Asia / tropical regions.

Reliability wise, 2 AVO kits each at >20K miles, 6 months apart, one at 10 PSI one at 12 PSI, no leaks, 2 trips each to LA and LV in summer heat, running 91 and 92 Octane, zero issues.

It's a good bet!

On 91 Octane, that would be a bit of a push given the higher IATs and lower octane availability. If you went to the way of Greddy, make sure you get thermal wrap for the pipes and a turbo piggy blanket to keep the heat in the turbo as much as possible. You would still eventually heat soak but that's a good start. On a side note, can anyone verify the ZAGE Turbo kits are contracted out to Greddy who in turn, subs those CHRAs with their own TD05s? I saw them @ SEMA and TAS and they look identical. Make sure you at least get the Greddy one if you do!

They've got a local US distributor as well too. Prices aren't very far from Greddy's...

But there's nothing from reaching those goals with the AVO kit either.

As usual, my 2 cents!

@Drift-Office it seems that the greedy kit hits ~270whp with just an exhaust, is the AVO kit the same? I really want to just buy a kit that puts down those numbers reliably and without much fuss.

Also, I run 93 only in my FR-S
