According to the build/parts list from the ad, it has this header and a Berk catted front pipe. The gasket at the header to over pipe is blown out. What size do I need? Is a stock gasket to small? Or does it need to be bigger? I haven't been able to find much info so far.

Thanks
2.5" I.D., Bolt spacing will be the tough part. The OE Gruppe-S gaskets supplied were 2" or 2.25" I.D. and were too small for the pipe size.

Are you saying the bolt spacing varied over production? Or it will just take extra effort to find the right one? Whatever ends up being the solution I will post in hopes it will help others down the road.

I'll start with a Greddy or Vibrant gasket and go from there.

Extra effort. I had to "modify" the 2.5ID gaskets I bought from Advance Auto to fit over the studs.

I ended up buying both a Greddy and Vibrant gasket. I ended up using the Greddy since I got it from eBay and will return the Vibrant to Amazon.

The Greddy bolted right up. GReddy 11000301

I didn't take the Vibrant out of the package, but lining it up it probably also would have worked with no issues. Both are 2.5" ID.
