Help with TOMEI exhaust hole bumper cove install

i swapped my exhaust to a single exit and bought the right side carbon fiber exhaust cover, from tomei, in the instructions it states to use a 4.2mm drill bit and center drill to make my holes except I'm confused on what size center drill to use and if a center drill works like a normal drill bit or not, any insight or tips would be helpful as I don't want to destroy my bumper with bad holes.

Never heard of a center drill bit I’ve heard of a center punch.

Essentially you take these 2 tools and make an indent where you want to drill. That way the drill won’t walk on you.

It's basically a small drill bit and a larger countersink bit in one.
