Nope. Hard wired LAN. It isn't just me it is the whole plant. Thank god we are down this week due to another supplier or there would be hell to pay since we can't even run our broadcasts from the customer's facility.

Have you guys already tried unplugging the router and plugging it back in?

I have little doubt that has been tried although I doubt they unplugged our servers.
One point of clarification. This is a large factory we are talking about not an office or small facility. Nothing is working in any of our internet based systems (about 30 of them).

1) From a command line prompt type:

nslookup some.net.site.you.cannot.reach

This will determine if it is a DNS problem

2) If it is not DNS, from the command line type

tracert some.net.site.you.cannot.reach

Which will show the break in the path over the internet...

Now you're cooking with gas. I'm a lot pickier about my responses now than I was a year ago. Also got tired of being ignored because I gave the harder correct answers.

OK. So I am at our other plant now and all works so I can actually see that there were pics. Your comment makes much more sense now that there is context.

Is FUX a Canadian term? In any event neither of those commands would fix your problem, they would just help determine what is malfunctioning!

Nah that is a type faster than I should term. What do I care what isn't working if I can't fix it? That is what the IT guy is here for. I left that plant anyway so couldn't do it now if I wanted. This plant is fine.
