I'll be there around 1:30 tomorrow. I'm a 6'3" Asian guy so it'll be hard to miss me.

Oh sweet Hanzo, ask the Scion guys if they have the schedule for where the FRS will show up for the Autoshows, one of the event managers should know.

People who went on thurs fri and sat already confirmed that there was no FRS there it might be at Baltimore. Only BRZ limited there unless an FRS Appeared on Sunday if that is the case it's totally awesome

I went to see the silver automatic BRZ at DC autoshow yesterday. Here are some observations:

• Dull silver paint made the car look boring.
• Felt like a $25K car.
• Wheels look a bit small on the car.
• The black part of the rims is actually dark metallic gray.
• Rear spoiler doesn't look big/bad in person.
• Interior had decent amount of soft plastic and padded surface (better interior than STI).
• Seat felt snug (I'm 6'3" 240 lbs).
• It wasn't that much harder to get in and out than a NC miata.
• Steering wheel is fatter than average but not M coupe fat.
• Trunk space was very shallow.

I didn't walk away feeling I had to have the car but I think the silver color and automatic probably had an influence on my thought. I think the car is worth $25K but not $30K.
I took some photos yesterday and will post them tonight.

Thanks for the great observation Hanzo, my only concern now is the FRS and it's interior. If your getting that feeling that the interior wasn't that nice from the highest end trim then I hope that it's not so bad. But if it's kinda S2k ish for the interior then I feel like we'll have no problem at all with it.

That's too bad, I really wanted to see the scion FR-S body in-person. Scion/Toyota is lame for letting this slide. Scion doesnt seem to be consistent with their fan base support, kind'a half-ass if you ask me.

okay I feel better now that I've vented.Mmmmmm.... Not really.

unfortunately unlike Subaru, Scion only has about 4 FRS here in the USA, if there is more im sure someone would of seen it by now. But there's just not enough to send them out to shows like the BRZ. WOuld of been nice to see a Premium manual trim or a FRS at these show. We know for a definite fact that it will be in NY auto show for sure.

Beside DC people are kinda lucky because we actually geto to go inside ours, other people have to watch it on a turn table.

Feel better
