The BRZ was offered at a good price and it comes with factory goodies that I'd be doing to say another FR-S, such as heated seats and the 12-16 BRZ HIDs. Plus this one was super well maintained and has some mods that I might keep, headunit, suspension + 17x9 wheels, full exhaust, etc.
You of all people know how much I loved the FRS but some of the little creature comforts it lacked go a long way for a daily driver. The basics are great if tooling around once an a while but when you can spend hours a day driving they can be missed.

My commute is 11 km each way and I park outside. Holy crap is it cold on a December morning in Calgary... -40c on the car thermometer. Butt heaters go a looooooong way.

Got my results. Nothing in the ultrasound. They think it was probably just a muscle strain or something.

That's good news!

My most recent biopsy was an ultrasound guided needle aspiration. I got to watch the screen while it was running. They turned on an artificial color contrast to show where the nearby major blood vessels were, and you could see the pulsing of the heartbeat. As this was happening, in the background the piped-in music in the room was playing "The Heart of Rock and Roll" by Huey Lewis and the News. Everyone there swore it was just coincidence and they have no control over it.

That's wild. Makes me wonder if they do it on purpose anyway, and if so are they trying to lighten the mood? Because to me that's more like they're trying to lighten their own mood, not that of the patient.
