My heart dropped as a WRB BRZ with PA tags pulled in front of me this morning as I was entering 495. Driver did not even twitch.. Now I am heart broken and feel abandoned.

WRB Premium stopped in the right lane at the light at the intersection of Fairfax County Parkway and Fox Mill this morning at 7:30ish. I was in the left turn lane. I waved, but you appeared to be messing around with your phone/iPod.
