I saw the hose wrap on a Youtube video. Cool stuff. I got the bumper back on and forgot the stupid foam piece. I'll wait and see if anything else happens before I take it apart again.

Foam piece is basically for crumple zone. If you don't hit anything you'll never know the difference

That wrap is a great idea! Especially for my weird hose routing, I had to pay close attention to potential chafing.

These conical seals are a godsend.

I wonder how much it affects airflow through the cooler stack. Allows high pressure to escape in front of the beam.

But also taking that idea further, I think it would matter only at lower speed. I'm just sitting here with my little thought bubbles.

I think that speed would be... Unlikely. And I agree with the low speed thing. I think at highway speed there will be enough flow it won't matter
