There is one sitting out front and center at a small town dealer near our cottage. Gotta admit I almost turned into their lot. Will see how much longer it sits there and how eager they get to sell it.

I was gonna say they're hiding the new foglight housing vents. Also what you say about faux vents isn't entirely true, plenty of vehicles use a faux vent in that position in order to be a placeholder for foglights on a higher trim model the FR-S and 86 are similiar in that regard, this may be no different, or they added some sort of front brake cooling duct, but why would they then cover it in testing? Doesn't seem logical except to hide the new look.

Yeah, honestly, I don't see why they would hide a faux vent either. Undoubtedly it's probably just a new look. I'd rather see some new hardware in there and that's the silly fun speculation.

New hardware? Maybe they hide the vertical leds.

Hopefully.
That way might be a little bit cheaper to get them instead of ordering from Japan.

However, it is a very good move to provide a BIG wing. I don't think it'll be a carbon one like the tS car, but it is better than nothing. We'll have to check if it can be angle adjusted like the JDM one:

Not sure I would really call it a big wing anyway. It is a tall wing yes but at least it is relatively thin and narrow and doesn't have a massive structure bolted to the back of the car that makes it look like they backed into the Eiffel Tower.
