Ouch, I went on a 2 hour drive today and my back was already a bit sore when I first got out.

#trackdaybro. Texas World Speedway. Hot as hell.

Got to try out my new rubber. Maxxis VR-1 255/40/17 on RPF1s 17x9 +35.

Tires were great. Grip for days. But I think I might have been faster with a 225--these fatties definitely slowed me down on the main straight.

Another problem was that I couldn't get enough camber. I rubbed a little on the passenger side when under load.

I also tried out using a gopro for the first time. Unfortunately the exterior view is blown out and you can hardly see. But I got a new PR!

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dJBS2nD3cfc"]New personal best. TWS CCW June 26, 2016 - YouTube[/ame]

Shortly after my fastest lap, I made a mistake. I lost focus and understeered right off the outside of T4. Pulled into the pits because it sounded weird. Took a look under the car, and:

Whoops. There goes the support bracket from my JDL UQFP.

Overall, it was a great weekend. Some glamour shots:

Your car is amazing and can I ask, are you running a race harness on OEM seats and what are they connecting to what type of harness?

Thanks. My harnesses are Schroth Profi II ASM FE, which are street-legal four-point harnesses. I would prefer to use a five-point on the track, but that would require a race seat and I'm just not there yet. I'm comfortable using these four-points because they're of the ASM variety.

They're mounted to the Essex harness bar, as you can see below. I kept my stock seat belt for DD purposes.

Exactly what I'm looking for, I'm planning to track this car soon but I want a harness first and I like my stock seats this is also my daily driver and the only car I can drive year round. If you don't mind me asking how much for the whole set up and if you installed it yourself how hard was it?
