FS: RCE Tarmac 2 Clubsport coilovers, Ground Control Camber Plates/rear mounts

*****Everything has all been sold including the Tarmac 2's.*****

RCE Tarmac 2 Clubsport. Purchased new in January 2015. @8k miles and a several track days. Standard 400lb springs. Excellent condition with original box. These coilovers are as good as everyone says they are. Absolutely perfect just like Randy Pobst said in his "Best Handling Car Ever" article. (The car Randy drove for that review was the same car I drove before I bought my own set). $1795 including shipping.

Ground Control Camber Plates. Purchased new in December 2014. I used them with the GC coilover kit on stock shocks and then moved them to the Tarmac 2's. I had an adjustment screw added to both plates. If you've ever done an alignment with camber plates before you know that when you loosen the bolts, they have a tendency to slide to full camber and can be a challenge to find tune. These adjustment bolts allow fine tuning the camber and also take the stress off the other bolts so they will never go out of adjustment. Not sure why they don't just come this way. These will only work with coilovers. $300 including shipping.

Ground Control Rear Shock Mounts. Purchased along with the camber plates in December 2014. They allow an extra 1" of rear shock travel. The washers originally supplied were not large enough to keep the shock shaft from pushing through one of the bushings. Included are appropriate washers and the bushing is a non issue now. I don't see these listed on their website as a separate item. They were a $150 up-charge at the time. $75 shipped.

Reason for sale is I am returning to stock.
All items located in Bradenton FL.

IIRC, the RCE requires the use of the OEM tophat similar to KWs and STs correct? If so, those camber plates are looking mighty enticing for my STs.

Yes, the bearing is for a stock diameter strut shaft. They were first installed on the stock struts with the GC coilover package.

damn those bolts to adjust the camber on the GC, mine don't have that, that is pretty cool instead of sticking a screw driver in it and scratching the nice anodized aluminum.

I might steal the idea, pretty clever.

Rear top hats are sold and shipped. Sold to a driver I had the opportunity of working with at Palmer Motorsports Park. Thanks.

I can't wait to get back up there. What a great lap.
