pricing for my 12 focus (switching to fr-s)

I decided today I made a bad investment in getting a 72mo loan for the '12 Focus.. So I want to get out from it without losing too much, problem is I traded in my old car and went upside down on it. So just wondering what people think I can get for it in the NW, I live in Seattle, WA and spend every weekend in Portland, OR. I'll post pictures later tonight.

2012 Ford Focus SE 5speed manual with the 203A package (Convenience Package (Cruise control, map lights, perimeter alarm); USB, MyFord and SYNC Package (MyFord Driver Connect Technology (Dual 4" displays and steering wheel-mounted controls), Aux 12V powerpoint (rear), 2 additional audio speakers (6 total).

Sterling Silver exterior with 30% tint all around, and I bought the all weather mats (not full package). Bought it 6 months ago, but driving back and forth to Portland has put on 12k miles. Hardly drive it at all in town. Oil changed at 5k and the full 10k service at 10k. Theres been absolutely nothing wrong with it (better not at 12k).

I'm posting on here just to see the opinion on this community since I will hopefully be joining you guys soon. I decided at 21 years old I would be better with leasing a vehicle (probably a fr-s) then owning one. Especially being the car enthusiast I am. I'm in the military so I'm promised a paycheck (for Atleast 4 years) and I owe 20,000 on my car now. I see dealers selling less equipped cars then mine for over 16, so if I could get anywhere near that I'd be in business. My monthly is 387 and I been paying 400 every month. Still only knocked a little over a thousand off my loan in that 6

If you are upside down on a loan:

1) get right side up.

When you trade in/purchase a new car, you are always even more upside down. So don't do it, until you are several thousand dollars under the value of your car. otherwise you'll just be digging yourself into a deeper hole and ruining your financial life, which is really not the best idea for just a scion.

With the miles it looks like you do a lease will cost you way more in overage fee's than what you pay upfront. If you do make the swap to the 86 keep it till you pay it off this time. Make sure you don't actually want a faster car, some guy in a wrx will roflstomp you at a light and you might not really like the 86

The 86 is a return for most of us to something simpler and basic, most the owners I have met have owned faster/nicer cars in the past. If I was 21 I would want something german or at least fast from a light.

My first car was an 88 BMW 325is built for pro 3 racing.. it may not have been the fastest but it was by far the most fun car to drive. Since then I have owned several other cars and nothing has made me enjoy driving like I did with my BMW. I think that was my hope if I were to get an 86, that I would finally find a car to replace my favorite. even if I don't get a new fr-s now I want to get back into RWD sooner then later. Im not the biggest fan of straight line performance, yeah its nice but you can only go so fast before getting pulled over. I live in the country (Corbett, OR) and its full of twists and turns... I just miss that sport feel.
