we actually used to have one of those when i was growing up. my parents loved it except for a couple things. we lived in NY, and going into the city was a pain in the ass in it, i think the exhaust rusted on it, too. there was nothing better in the snow in it, and we managed to get over a 3 foot tree that had fallen across our driveway. thing was BEAST.

and @Mobius357, if you ever make it down here, we've got a place just up the street from where i work that has some for sale.

My lumbering beast. Yes that's my truck. It is mostly a "Mall Cruiser". Every now and then it gets dirty. Amazing trucks, FZJ80 Land Cruiser with factory lockers.

I had one of these back in '93-'95:

Back then they were pretty minimalist and remarkably lightweight, about what a Corvette weighed (~3300 lb. or so). Basically, a long-wheelbase Wrangler with a 5-door body

Have: 1984 Toyota Pickup/ 1988 Toyota FJ62 Land Cruiser.

The Landy, I got it a few weeks back and have it in the shop getting some new tires. It will get an Old Man Emu kit after Christmas.

The pickup. I think I'm going to sell it as the Land Cruiser will do everything I'd need the Pickup for.

Maybe I just watch too much Top Gear, but the Range Rover seems like a very good choice for all my 4x4/suv needs.

Though I would totally get a 4x4 Ecoboost F150. The Raptor is cool, but it just isn't what I would need out of a truck.

And they look awesome in this blue:
