Just hit over 35k miles on the jrsc so far in almost 3 years with the kit. So far no issues. Used an after market spring valve recommended from here years ago. Just changed my filter with a new one. Will do the oil and filter in the next two months.

Wow, imagine that. Can you say that again so all the clowns who tell people to budget a spare engine when they go forced can hear you?

Which spring valve did you get? Referring to the recirculation valve?

It's on my to-do list.

Out of curiosity, in the first picture, is the end of the silicone connector on the outlet of your compressor past the lip on the outlet of the compressor housing? It kinda looks like it's not since you can start to see part of the lip of the compressor housing outlet, but presumably you would have a fairly significant boost leak if that were the case.

Wait, so you're saying you *didn't* budget for a spare engine? tsk tsk...

I also did >35K miles in 3 years with JRSC. I am not sure if you mean valve springs or spring valve (recirculation valve), doesn't matter. I replaced them both

You need double sided belt I wouldn't use that one sided Goodyear belt in the picture.
Does the c38 kit use this same belt?
